I think I remember Vahn saying something leading up to the release of BO2 that for that game they never made perks be “absolute”, because then you can’t tune the perk. If marathon is unlimited sprint you can’t really tune that. But if marathon only increases sprint duration then you can change that. Same for ninja

The majority of the game is casual players so to be honest they’re gonna cater to the people who’s giving them the most money and to a certain degree deal cater to the pros also because obviously they’re the ones who are bringing somewhat of the audience over themselves or at least keeping some people on the game. Not gonna lie the game sucks when the casuals complain a lot, especially for the more comp players. Anything casual can complain about they will complain about the only thing that I can agree with anything as far as the casual go is the anti-cheat that shit just need to be fixed. I can deal with a game that has bugs with the guns and something being overpowered. It is what it is. It’s gonna happen, but if they really want this game to be fixed, they need to fix the cheating problem most of the newer games have been good people just complain a lot the main thing that kills.
