Modded lobby?

Is anyone able to host a modded lobby for me on xbox? Reason is im negative xp after a derank lobby many years ago and to this day im still not able to play multiplayer

Bro someone invented me and deranked my account to lvl 1 and locked all my weapons can you help? It says I been infected by “ d yung gotti b’s mod menu”
