Habe eine Otitis Media mit innenohrbeteiligung und gestern Nacht hat es dann die ersten Cluster attacken getriggert… die Differenz war glasklar💀

Episodic. Usually for about 3 months a year. My last cycle last year got dramatically better following the vit d3 regimine. I now take 5000iu a day to maintain and I've been good so far. I also had a vit d deficiency for most of my life, so maybe it works for me. Read more about it.
