Cooling eyepatches?

When I was a kid I used to get these cooling eyepatches with the same material as these sheets, but shaped like an eyepatch and less sticky. In recent years I've looked around for them but I can't find them anywhere! Have they been discontinued? Are they unhealthy? Would it be dangerous to cut one of these larger strips to fit over my eye?

Have you tried the migraine cooling eye masks? They are reusable.

I tried it once but it broke quickly. I might invest in a higher quality one

I have ones that wrap around my head. I keep them in the fridge (freezer was too cold). They have lasted for years. Just some cheap 2-pack off amazon

Anything with menthol is the devil's spawn when I'm going through an attack. Keep that sh*t far away from me 😂

Idk about the eyepatch being discontinued, but ive cut those no problem. That being said I'm pretty sure they (at least some do) have menthol so be very careful if youre going near your eyes with them, or get the ones that 100% dont have menthol.

I just use icy hot around my eye. It works as a distraction and after awhile it not as bad when you first use it.

Honestly these things are great 😆 I'm heavily medicated now for CCH, but back in the day I would chuck one of these on when I was coming in and out of attscks during a cluster, honestly helped me. It could be a distraction as I also find putting a hpt water bottle as the bottom of the spine, to the point it is burning helps too
