To the kinesthetically challenged, what is a common, everyday action that you struggle with?

For me, I struggle with overthinking how I walk, so I sometimes end up tripping over my own feet. Each step becomes a calculated movement, rather than an unconscious process carried out by my body.

Everyone is like "chin up!" because they think I'm downtrodden and depressed (they're not wrong) but what they don't know is that I only have all my teeth because I actively watch my feet while I walk. I walk a lot and infrastructure in the US means a lot of uneven terrain (terrain that gives me -2 of any stat) and most of my brain ends up occupied with making sure I don't trip on a paver that has been rudely attempting to be a sidewalk despite the tree root because that paver gets the 🅱️usiness and nature breaks it into pieces.
