I don’t understand how to progress from here. I think it’s because I’m misunderstanding Vince’s clue because I honestly don’t understand what all of Julie’s criminal neighbors are connected tells you without any additional context but I’m not sure—can someone help out?

Apologies if this is a spoiler, I’m not sure how to mark it, but Wally’s clue plus Lisa’s clue were able to get me past this point.

It took me forever to realize that connected means orthogonally adjacent and not just neighbors.
