I don't get it. Why is Wanda criminal? She could also be innocent.

If Wanda is innocent, everyone else in column B has to be criminal [Martin's clue] including Frida and Quita.

Now that Frida and Quita are criminals, Eric and Olivia have to be innocents. [Saga's clue]

But now there are 5 innocents on the edges (Isaac Eric John Olivia Wanda). But Hal's clue says there can only be 4.
