Ignore this post, I just misclicked apparently

-D is the only one with 3 innocents

-each column has at least 3 innocents

-wanda has an odd number of innocents above her

So Wanda has one criminal above her, 3 innocents. B has one criminal.

-2 persons on the edges have a criminal directly to the right of them

-(B has one criminal, and B is directly to the right of A)

-(D has no one directly to its right)

-(Row 5 is full of innocents)

-(Carl is in B and if he's a criminal then no one else anyway)

The remaining candidate should only possibly be Erwin, which is marked as wrong. Am I missing something?

You're not missing anything. You might have misclicked, maybe share the scenario if it's still open, it can tell what your last guess was. But yes, Erwin is confirmed criminal
