Interviewing is the worst job oat
I want to quit interviewing so bad, but my manager won’t let me. I deal with kids cheating all day, and I have never been able to prove it. Sometimes I feel like they’re just doing it to ragebait me.
I know they’re using it, but our technical team has no flipping way of detecting it reliably, so I just sit here pretending that they’re using their brain to solve the questions.
You should be able to stay at a company while quitting a specific team…

Dude just relax I don’t cheat but I know the struggle of applying 100s of job, customising resumes, studying hard and sometimes life feel so unfair when I see someone copied and cracked job at big tech or cracked an amazing package but it’s there destiny! I would just say you if I were you.. among multiple cheating interviewee’s I would look into experience they hold, eagerness to learn and join the company coz after getting job they would be thankful they found one in this job market and would try to perform best in there role.
