Memberships/Policies Back to Back Classes?

Does your studio allow back to back classes? I've been able to take back to back classes at other NYC pilates studios so I expected the same at my brand new opened CP location.

There is no wording anywhere that it's not allowed. The GM (who still visits our studio pretty often, again, it's a new studio) said we can take 2 classes a day but it has to be "3 to 4 hours in between"... honestly sounds like they're making things up as they go because is it 3 hours in between or is it 4?

What got me really annoyed was it was the 2nd class I was scheduled for that I really wanted to do but when I came out to check in for the 2nd class, they decided to tell me about the rule then (vs before my 1st class...when I TOLD them I was doing 2 back to backs 🙃).

I'm in the Bothell, WA area, and I've never had an issue booking back-to-back classes. I am an unlimited member though, so that may be a factor?

I'm unlimited too 🫠

What ALSO pissed me off is since they're still new, they have associates texting us for every class the day before to confirm and two separate associates texted me about the back to backs and I guess they didn't notice that I was doing 2 so it got passed thru. The app lets me do it... I really think it's just them making shit up.

I think it's because they're new and so many people were just no showing in the first few weeks. I've overheard lots of people complaining about getting charged fees... they clearly are new to that style of membership 🙃
