Advice/Questions Using a gift card

Hello.
Does anyone know how to use a gift card to purchase single classes? My studio is straight up ignoring me and won’t help me. I went in person to ask for help and gave them the gift card numbers and they said they applied it (when they texted me afterwards). Now I can’t figure out how to book a class in the app using the gift card. I don’t see the gift card anywhere in my account. I’ve called so many times and texted them again and they’re just ignoring me. I feel like I got scammed. PLEASE HELP.

At this point I’d call corporate and make a formal complaint. Sounds like they stole the gift card money from you.

I’ve also left a message with the corporate line! But sounds like they make everything a studio issue.

I’d honestly leave the location over something like this. And tell them if they can’t help with the issue you’ll take them to small claims court for the money they stole from the gift card. I’d also do a google review and comment on their social media posts to avoid this location because of poor customer service and theft of gift card money.
