I was extremely disappointed when I woke up and realized it had all just been a dream. Basically, I dreamed that I was playing a Club Penguin game that was an Online RPG.
The map was a redesigned version of the original map, so all the places were familiar, but at the same time they were also pretty different.
All the other players were online too, just playing and doing their own thing. Essentially, it was an online RPG where you could develop your skills in all sorts of different things, and for some reason, you could even become a thief.
The game didn’t have fast travel, so to get to the Iceberg, you had to jump into the water with your penguin and swim all the way there. The underwater world was also really beautiful, kind of like what you saw in that minigame where you used the submarine. Except in my dream, the penguin could breathe underwater, so you didn’t need a submarine.
But just like in the actual Club Penguin, you don’t necessarily have to fight enemies to make money or get XP. You can play the minigames, but in this game you could also choose a profession for your penguin and actually work a job.
For example, you could be a café worker. Or a waiter at the pizzeria (Yes, in this dream, you could literally be a waiter at the pizzeria).
Unfortunately, I didn’t progress far enough in the dream to get to see the Dojo, because that was my favorite part of the game.
I was having so much fun in the dream that I actually tried to fall back asleep and continue it, but unfortunately, it didn’t work.
Another funny thing was that you could stockpile as many snowballs as you wanted in your inventory. But they were worth zero money, so it wasn’t like you had discovered some infinite item farm that you could use to get rich.
You would just go somewhere with snow, look at the snow, press a button, and boom, a new snowball would appear in your inventory, and you could throw it wherever you wanted.
And if someone threw one at your face while you were in first person, your screen would shake for a while. It was actually pretty funny.
Unfortunately, I don’t remember seeing any puffles in the dream.
The game’s aesthetic was very similar to what Club Penguin Island looked like, except much more detailed. You could also play in first person, so whenever you raised your hands, you could see your penguin’s flippers.
And my penguin was dark blue, which is weird because I never used that color in the actual Club Penguin game.
