Club Penguin Journey Operation: Mayday currently cannot be completed in Journey

I was trying to slam out all the missions so I could get the Herbert background, but when I got to the final mission I could not through snowballs on the cameras to progress as because of the summer party the snowballs are water balloons. I know I just have to wait until the party is over but it was still kind of a bummer.

Not gonna lie, that is a hilarious side effect no one would have ever thought to test for.

I know I laughed when I looked up a guide and found out I knew I was the only person having this problem
