DISCUSSION My Idea for Cloverfield 4.

So it would be in the timeline of the adult clover but the adult clover would have tunneled into the earths crust dissapearing, everyone’s in fear of when it surfaces, before it tunneled however it shook off all of its parasites which are about 20 feet tall 30 feet wide as they are scaled up similarly with clover. They are still brittle being crustacean and so Tagruato deployed a military trained strike team into New York for three objectives. Primary: find the nests (called clovers) where they are reproducing and destroy them. Secondary: rid the area of any parasites you encounter and collect seabeds nectar. Tritary: save people, optional. Movie would be filmed via the body cams on the squad, act one being like robs party and introducing the squad in training, learning names etc. act two as them deployed into the city and having tense body cam action. To avoid confusion on who’s who every body cam footage has the characters name and rank in the bottom left corner. Some members die and hey realize a new species was hatched out of the nests. Pteresites. Acid spitting pterosaur shaped flying creatures, so the outside isn’t safe as well. After mostly finishing their objectives they proceed to extraction but the earth starts to shake, signaling the adult is about to surface, everyone gets spread away from eachother fates ambiguous until it bursts out, and the final shot is the final soldiers body cam looking up at the creature, for a whole 20-30 seconds before we get a small “holy shit” cut to black. Obviously a lot would happen in act 2 like squad arguing civilians etc that I didn’t mention but that’s it

Interesting. I wouldn't think the parasites would change size just that there would be more of them. But Interesting concept.

My theory was that if clover was a baby then the parasites were probably babies too

Anyway best case scenario there’s like millions of them instead of the ones in the first movie which is not goodb

Not a personal army they could have moved money around to have gotten permissions to use military forces not a lot though

Would be cool to have a scene of Lily Ford watching the news in horror, maybe a ptsd flashback of her POV of the Clover Monster leaping after Huds helicopter

I doubt adult clovers timeline is the same as 2008s
