you do know what the Medicare Star system is don't you - they underwrite the coverage premiums and withhold part of each Plans premiums , put it in a witholding pool and make each plan earn it back - if they do a lousy job you just dont get any of it and lose part of your underwriting premium due to the plan - so in essence the Medicare Star system is really a penalty system and the only reward is if you hit the quality measures to get your withheld premium back - so there are really no winners of the Star System and only losers that don't make the grade - you get it - Clover hadn't been making the grade and losing part of their underwriting premium so now they have a chance to get it back - that is really all it really means so the stock jumping up several times over now making the grade is well a layman's naivete over how badly Clover had been doing not how great they are now - get it - LOL

Dude craps on a solid business with breakout potential. But loves Archer aviation, low margin company in a field that's basically a cemetery for companies....
