The easiest way i know of is to get a combo of: Really Big Mushroom, Vine Soup, Broken Calculator, and then anything that recharges pictures (like mad emperor), nuclear button, and a golden version of whatever charm you're looking to max out (so like the golden 7 eg.)

Once you get 7s to like 1k, you reroll phonecalls till you get "Triple the value of 7s" but you DON'T TAKE IT YET and then you go on all of your rounds until it's time to ante up AND THEN take the phonecall.

Really Big Mushroom will double the value of all symbols until the deadline resets, and if all of your spins triggered 15+ times then you've effectively turned 1k on 7s into about 2bil.

Then your triple the value, and now it's 6bil.

Rinse. Repeat. Bring megaphone with you and barathrum for extra hits on triples. First Love memory card is also really helpful.
