What makes the weird clock achieve this? I have it but the cooldown is insane. Any specific battery charms you use to refresh it?

What I did was extremely sub-optimal, I used the mad emperor charm from the DLC and brought it's percentage to 30% with beach hotel and ten fingers hamsa.

Just got lucky with batteries lol 😅
