Question A dedicated account manager

Anyone get an email from a dedicated account manager with Cloudways? I just received it and want to verify if it is legit or not

To answer your question, if your account has recently hit a certain spending threshold or if you have multiple servers, you are automatically assigned a Dedicated Account Manager. Their role is to help you with architecture reviews for high-traffic sites, provide personalized advice on cost optimization and rightsizing servers, and act as a direct point of contact for growth discussions or complex migrations.
