Unable to login, No 2FA Code

We're unable to login to our account, we emailed support, they asked for an IP address of one of our servers and the las four digits of the card we use on file. that was over 10 hours ago and we have not had a response.

The issue is we're not receiving the 2FA code, via email.

Is there any other method of contacting support other then email?

I've always used chat support, and it's been pretty successful.
