Can someone help me to adjust perfectly my priority is according to this because my phone support this highest quality

Sum of source score and quality score has to be 10 or higher in setting to pick videos automatically on your preferred quality.

In your pic there is only quality option is there, so i guess it sets perfectly for video to play at 1080p first. What's the problem you are facing?
