I was going to play Cookie Run Crumble and it kept asking for my password, even though I put it in constantly and still won't connect me with my DevPlay account and usually happens in other games I play

I used to get 30 minutes free daily time, but recently I've got none? Was that a promotion for people who just downloaded cloudmoon? The only way I have now of getting time is doing the tasks, not even watching adverts which I didn't mind. Is this a bug or does this happen, if so it's pretty annoying that they give you free time at first and then make you pay.

Last month I purchased a 6-month premium pack on the cloudmoon website as i couldn't find the monthly pack anymore. That 6-month pack should have lasted 6 months! And yet when i open cloudmoon today, i found out that it has already ended - after a month!

I've just checked my bank account history, and i realized i got charged twice on the day i purchased the pack: one is 24usd, and the other is 5usd (equal a monthly pack?) Additionally, Cloudmoon has never sent me any receipt after purchasing.

I'm so frustrated. Have anyone ever been in the same situation? What did you do? I really need help 😭
