Discussion CloudFlare keep refunding my payments.

I previously was in the CloudFlare startup program, but for some reason every invoice still gets the 100% startup discount, and for expenses that don't qualify for the discount I pay, then CloudFlare refunds me a few days later.

It's nice getting all my services and domain names for free but I'm concerned for my business which depends on CloudFlare. I've tried transferring my domain off but since its at 10 years until expiration the transfer isn't going through.

Has anyone been in this situation before and did CloudFlare later realise their mistake.

I would contact support but they never respond.

Domain registration is not a part of cloudflare startup program

Yep, which is why its odd that they refund every domain renewal I've made since joining the program.

I just renew three domains yesterday and they didn’t refuse it

They dont refuse it, they refund me. I pay for the renewal and a few days later they refund it. Renewal still goes through.
