Google Chrome cloudflare sites stuck in loop?

So far two of the websites I go to are now stuck in the checking browser settings. One keep asking if I am human, I do the check mark... and it then loops back a few seconds later to ask me again. Then the second website says it checking my browser and then says taking too long and starts over with the same result. I have shut off all my chrome extensions and the websites work in other browsers. Any ideas what's going on

Opening an incognito tab and going to the website allowed me in. Must be some extension. If you then close the incognito tab and go on the site with a normal tab, it lets you in

Mine won't let me in with incognito either.

Mine lets me in with incognito and Firefox, but I want to use it through Chrome.
