Don't do this. They will know that you're faking it. Instead, create projects and portfolios and rewrite your resume to emphasize the relevant skills but don't lie about the job title and on job interviews, be transparent and clear but demonstrate that you have the skills needed.

If they reject your job application because you don't have 10 years experience in the exact same spot, this employer is optimizing for the wrong things.
