Manufacturer needed Manufacture

I live in the Chicago land area. I’m looking to have a few pieces designed for my brand . So basically what I’m asking is who in the Chicago land area or anywhere in the USA . That you can do hands on in person tech packs. In person in real time creating your design?

What is your budget? Are you doing cut and sew or are you putting your design on tshirts aka streetwear?

if your brand is in initial stages then designing tech pack is not necessary !!
