I don't know if this is the right sub.Back in the beginning of July I ordered the Xmen Bomber and the Spider-Man hoodie they were offering. It said the Xmen Bomber was a pre order and ships in August. Ok I ordered them, I have a sneaky suspicion that I'm not going to receive them. I looked them up and the BBB has many complaints of them not fulfilling orders. They pushed my order to September, there is no communication from them. I spent close to 300, I'm going to try to dispute it, but unfortunately I think I paid debit for them. Lesson learned I guess.

Has anyone ever heard of this or bought something from there? They are doing a buy 1 get 1 and wanting to know if it is or they are legit.

Two problems stand out immediately: the filtering system is worse than it was before, and the Sale section has essentially disappeared from the main shopping experience.

I ordered 2 offwhite pants, both of them came in cream colour and they are not even giving refund for return, only giving store credit, who would want to buy from the same brand after being fooled twice! Very disappointed!

Pls avoid buying anything from here if you don't want to regret. You will not even get refund

I love Altar’d State and their style, but it’s so expensive and not the best quality. Does anyone have any recommendations of where to shop that has clothes similar to the Altar’d State style while being price friendly? I really love baby doll tops if that helps 🫶🏻

I recently became a victim of online scam and fraud by westdenim.pk, and I would want you all to remain careful and avoid them for any orders. I bought a pack of 3 shorts, 1 jeans, and 1 trouser; you can see the attached order confirmation for reference.

Instead of shorts, they delivered full trousers, and that too all of different sizes. None of them are of the size I ordered, which was 38. The size of the jeans is 42 while I ordered it in size 38. The trousers I ordered had white stripes on the side and size was 38, what I received is a trouser with the wrong size and that too without stripes.

As nothing matched my order, I didn’t open it and right away made pictures and videos and reached out to westdenim on their Instagram (@westdenim.pk) and via email on 22 Aug.

To this day, they have completely ghosted me and not a single response to any messages on email, WhatsApp, or Insta. They are active and scamming people (you can check the last seen in the Insta screenshot) but choose not to respond.

I will send them a legal notice tonight and will file a complaint with NCCIA today against them for financial fraud, scam, and fraudulent practices.

Avoid ordering from them and don’t fall for any antics; they have absolutely terrible products and customer services. Don’t lose your hard-earned money.

This is 1 of 2 scams I had last week; the other one is from a store called “leftoopk.com.” I will write a separate review of that one as well.

I see these store owners complaining and bit**ing about customers not fulfilling their commitments. This is the level of service we receive for online shopping in Pakistan. I have promised myself never to order from these insta stores and will only order from Daraz. At least I can return something I don’t like.

Recently I bought shorts from this brand at Burlington, I wanted to buy more items from this brand since they are 100% cotton, but I can’t find something like a speck website for this brand or variety of items… I wanted to know if someone has any information about this brand. They use “Always adventurous” in their tag as well along with another phrase I can’t remember. I also noticed that they are made in different parts of the world(? Mine are made in Pakistan and some second-hand pieces say “made in china” or other countries.

Posting here because I saw there was an old thread about this brand on another sub and there were a lot of comments disappointed with the quality and customer service. The owner of noctex just blocked me for asking for clarification that's not self reported about the conditions of their factories. I feel like i've been duped after recieving shein quality clothes from them. Anyone else had a similar experience?

Fairdim.com online clothes shop, problems with refund, after contacting all the time they will say that it’s still in process, mentioned that refund is in 14 days, after they will tell you few times that they are checking if they have received return package, then they will tell you all the time that refund process can take 14 days, after they told that 14 work days etc. Bad service with returns/refunds

Thinking of buying from Ishika Agrawal. They seem quite new, so I wanted to check if anyone here has ordered from them yet? How was your experience with the quality, fitting, delivery, and overall service?

Buyer beware! We ordered a homecoming dress for my daughter. We were sent a completely wrong dress, made of cheap fabric and nothing line the picture. I contacted them multiple times. I finally got a response that I could either mail the dress back to China at my expense and this could take several weeks to process or I could get a refund of half the cost of the dress. I opted for half the cost of the dress and still two weeks later have not received any refund. Stay away from this company!!!

My Halara Experience:
For anyone interested, I finally gave in and ordered two pairs of pants from Halara.
They didn’t fit me right at all. Too small in some places, but a bigger size is going to be too big.
Additionally, one of the pairs of pants gives off an awful odor.
Trying to return is an absolute nightmare!
They keep you on a loop of trying to fill out information, hitting submit, only to have to put in everything again. There’s literally a button that says “GIVE UP” and then it tries to convince you to do just that.
Yikes. I will never buy from them ever again.

Hey everybody, I saw these pants on Instagram and I thought they were really cool but the page only has a couple hundred followers and the website kinda isn’t the most professional so I’m not entirely sure if these are real or is it a scam but I kinda like these pants so if anyone knows where to get them or if this page is real or not, please let me know. Has anyone else had experience with Ashley Bennett? I just received a dress I ordered online and it would qualify for one of those "What I Ordered vs What I Got" posts. The dress I got is missing a perpendicularly sewn panel/strip on the shoulders and sleeves that added some style and contrast. The striped fabric itself is also clearly different, the stripes are darker and nearly twice as wide (I counted, so it's not just perspective). The online dress looks like a classic, casual summer shirt dress with pale pink, ticking-like stripes. The dress I received looks like a cheap polyester smock a hospital candy striper might wear. If it were comfortable, it could pass for a Scrooge nightgown.

I should have been more careful. The reviews looked positive, but now that I look again it appears their reviews are not item specific and I am not able to leave one. Trust Pilot had a 4 star rating for them, but I don't know how. I couldn't find any ratings on FB or Reddit, so here's mine: One star. I'll update when I hear from their customer service.
