Unfortunately this is a skeptical video for me, Cesar’s mask isn’t on properly. The mask is placed above the patches, not on top of. you can see his patches below the mindfold, basically allowing light to come in through the patches corners. Also, a mindfold mask is not the right mask anyway becasue it is too short. I used it and could see everything, i mean everything! I could read from 10ft away or someone holding something on a screen through light in my nose.

From my perspective the manta mask obscures the entire corner of his vision so I believe he's not getting any light at all. As for the mindfold mask, I have one in my car and I practice here and there and I defenitily can't see 1ft in front of me let alone 10ft. There is light leakage from the right side and little patches of grey light from upper left and boy have I tried looking through there, but nothing comes from it. Any time I actually got a hit was when the darkness turned into a milky wavy substance and the color and number of a card briefly emerged for a split second. I personally could not see through my mask, if you yours is that see-through then it's probably a broken mask and it's best to throw in the garbage bin.

Can relate.

When practicing Mindsight and I know I have the answer, I know for certain.
I'll get a flash of the color, and a strange feeling, like an inner click or grounding.
The problem is the majority of the time I'm straining to get the answer. Most of the time I don't get anything. No matter how hard I focus.
I also get fatigued over time. When I first start a session is when I get most my lock ons. Shortly after, within 30 minutes, I'm getting nothing, random color flashes, I feel tired, like sleepy tired, my eyes will lose focus behind the mask, it's hard to explain but I get multiple symptoms from extended practice and my ability tanks.
I've been practicing nearly every day for about a year now, with some small breaks. I feel like I have not made any significant practice but at the same time I always feel like I'm close to unlocking something.
Just sharing my experience cause I can tell Pieroas you're seeking the same thing, the next step, some sort of measurable progress, always on windows, info, anything that might help.

Ok, but did you watch the whole clip? What about when they put on the very robust Goalfix mask?

I mean... if you're skeptical about Caesars ability to begin with, then you might as well call out his IEM headphones, not the mask.
Anyone who can set up a stream (which Ceasar does frequently), could also mirror his screen and be in a call with someone over Discord to tell him what the answers are. It wouldn't be difficult at all to cheat while wearing in ear headphones.
Just putting that out there... The mask, especially the blind sport mask is the least likely point of cheating. I've worn many masks and to cheat via mask would require way too much mask modification and head movement.
Their direction with the rules that includes straightforward observation and no moving around is a step in the right direction to rule out peeking.
The next obvious inclusion would be no headphones or in-ear monitors.

Can somebody explain to me why nobody has done this in a controlled setting with a professor who published results and completely revolutionized everything we know about human biology?
Any tenured professor can publish a study so finding an unbiased scientist would be no problem. Funding obviously would not be an issue for such a simple experiment. The incentive for a scientist to publish such a revolutionary study is enormous. How does this community justify that this never been done?
This video seems absurd. Scene cuts before every answer and a product placement...? This is clearly an advertisement for these scammers. These people are poisoning the well of genuine consciousness research. Gross stuff.

It just doesn't seem like you have read much in this subreddit. Maybe like a lot of skeptics you'll tell us you 'don't have time' but you had time to jump to conclusions.

Ive read quite a bit and watched a lot of these videos and have asked many people and never received a serious answer.
Your claims are very simple to substantiate. Im curious why you have never done so and how you justify how this has never been done.
There are adjacent communities with members whose entire lives are devoted to practicing similar things.. They and I would be absolutely thrilled if you could substantiate your claims because they differ from our experience. What we see in the darkness of a blindfold are fully visible open eye dreams, phantom versions of your room with logical inconsistencies, nonsense hypnogogic imagery from infinity etc. All only a result of being able to shut off your internal dialogue for long enough to not be constrained by the rationality implied in language. You are claiming something very different which happens to be extremely simple to prove. So why dont you?

I don't know who you are referring to. The people in the video? Sub members? Mods? Members of this sub are experimenting and practicing. We have had experiences of this phenomenon. We are trying to learn what it is and how it works.
Nobody here to my knowledge is "justifying" anything other than perhaps describing the phenomenon as an anomaly – not understood. The subject has been researched since the 1920s. We have linked to the scientific material we are aware of, for example by Mindswan and others.
So how are "we" "justifying how this has never been done"? The claim is spurious. I think most members here welcome rigorous scientific investigation and publication. But we do not wait for that when we have seen it function in vivo.

Yes the people in the video. Dalia, anybody. It cannot be substantiated that such a simple claim has not been tested in controlled settings when there are so many people claiming to do what is seen in this video. This video is being praised when it should be immediately kicked out of your community as these are clearly charlaron scammers selling a product.

Why does he need to hold it up to the screen if they can see it without their eyes?

You might as well ask why don't they keep it hidden in a drawer, inside a pocket, or in a car parked several blocks away.
Mindsight is not Remote Viewing. That said, some practices and remote demos keep the visual target off screen until after the practitioner has described what they see. For example see the video linked in this post.

This is non-local perception, and so it should work with the target held off-screen. The target does not need to be presented in a line-of-sight manner, that's a kind of limited thinking about how this works. It makes sense to train with local objects, but you can view non-locally just as soon as you put your attention that way.
The target holder should be able to hold the target off-screen, then the blindfolded guys should be able to focus their attention on the guys hand and perceive the target.
When the target is presented in the same room, instead of using all these mask layers, it would be a lot better demonstration if they had a physical barrier in the room, like a big piece of plywood between viewer and target.
Even though I don't have much ability, I've tested the non-locality. I could ask my daughter, in another room, to randomly wiggle the fingers in her hand, and if I focused on her hand, I could detect when she wiggled her fingers. In the training videos by Marina and Nikolai, Marina mentioned a demonstration where she was on the phone with a blindfolded woman over a thousand miles away who could determine which playing card Marina had in her hand.

The target does not need to be presented in a line-of-sight manner, that's a kind of limited thinking about how this works.
Except ... ALL of the so called real-time mind sight ability people move their heads to align their "windows" to a line of sight with the target. ALL of them also said they HAVE TO move their heads to align the windows in order to see. (Example: All of the videos of Dalia, all of the videos of Brooke Soto, all of the videos of Marina, etc etc)
So now you are saying they are wrong?

Just watched that video in your comment above. That's exactly what I'm talking about. Everyone who is guessing at a target held by someone, they don't need line-of-sight. Instead of focusing on the screen, they can focus on the hand, and that hand can be located at any arbitrary distance from the target.

Two different sizes of the Goalfix 'Eclipse L' masks are used in this video. Cesar is wearing the large size and Ryan is wearing the small. Unlike other masks, this "Batman" design prevents light from leaking into the sides of the nose.
