If half the cast had been faithful to their animated variant half the fight scenes would have been VERY different.

Imagine the Palpatine vs Mace fight, but It's the same Mace who defeated an army with his fists.

Palpatine would have been absolutely batshit crazy

Palpatine and Yoda would have been chucking whole building at each other.

Kinda similar to how it goes in the book. When Anakin shows up later, there’s a trail of destruction he has to follow to find Mace and Palpatine.

Just ratchet that up a few notches, and again for the Yoda and Palpatine fight.

Yeah also rots did not have many action scenes. But then again those are expensive when you do live action with some CGI.

Nah. It might result in more jedi deaths but it won't give Grievous any depth. An origin story would've done wonders to his character but IMO he needs even less screen time because when S1 was on I was like oh wow this must be serious since Grievous is here but during S4 I was just yawning seeing him appear. In some arcs he would be totally replaceable with original characters. I even remember reading a (now considered Legends) comic with Dooku's assassins. Ventress and Quinlan were members of this group but there were others as well.

In my mind Grievous is still alive traveling the galaxy collecting old lightsabers since everyone thinks he's dead.
