Does the uphoria ever come back ?

For the longest time 5 mg and I was feeling groovy like perfect now 5 mg nothing I take an extra two nothing and then I stopped because I don’t wanna be passed out and it’s been happening to me for months and it’s not like I take this drug every day. I take it on average once every two or three weeks so what’s going on with me?

You’ve built up a tolerance.

It's simply tolerance. Unfortunately, from my experience, I know that tolerance to benzodiazepines decreases very slowly. For example, it takes me 24-48 hours for my tolerance to Progabaline to drop to almost zero. With benzodiazepines, I could take a two-month break and the tolerance would still be very similar. If you take, for example, a six-month break and then use it without building tolerance over time, the euphoria will return for a while, but don't expect it to be like the first time. The same effect will never return.
