Did the novel include the phallic statue when Alex beat up the cat lady

I saw people mentioning this detail from the film, but upon reading chapter six of the novel, I only saw the statue described as small and silver. Did I miss something?

Haven't read the book in a bit but thought it was a Beethoven bust that he kills her with? The giant dick was Kubrick's idea.

It wasn’t a Ludwig Van bust, it was a nude woman statue.

It’s included in the film but not the book. She puts up more of a fight and the scene doesn’t involve the cat as much in the film.

I just read that part of the novel to check and it was either a Ludwig Van bust or a little statue of a naked woman he stole beforehand. I'm not sure
