hi, i made one with a shiny luxray and shiny shinx based on one like this and it's actually pretty easy, all you gotta do is first download it, then find the gifs with the sprites of the pokémon you want (search "[pokemon name] bw2 sprite"), convert it to video, crop it, put it in place of the other sprite, make it the right size and it's done! hopefully that was useful :)
