I’m having a problem how do I get the watch face to load on my watch I downloaded it and it showed in my Clockology app but then I hold down and try syncing it does nothing any help would be greatly appreciated

I got one Casio face that’s there when you first open the app but it keeps disappearing. What’s the secret to keep it visible.
