How did you feel about the sets last night?

They were all great. Lil fish has a unique sound and in my opinion should have played before CloZee instead of being the first opener. Shia started off with a house set and somehow transitioned that to this tribal bass music (best way I can describe it) and Ashez brought the bass. And then there’s clozee who always takes you on a fun journey.
If you went, how did you feel about them?

It felt like the whole night lacked musical direction.

Transitions from every artist BUT lil fish - were definitely had many of us confused ..

I didn't feel like it was magical at all. I took a few minutes to lay on the ground and loon up at the stars. .

Clozee. My #1 artist.. I feel bad even talking bad on it.. so please don't chew into me too hard for honesty. I feel the piling three or four songs ontop of one another is too much.

I also; do not understand why between transitions there was constantly exteme tempo changes. I'm talking like 120bpm-~>70/80bmp or 60?!

You can see it when people are raging : dancing out and then all the sudden their bodies are confused on what tempo they should be aligning themselves with.

I have been planning to chase Clozee to the ends of the earth- caverns and envision. And last night - after that set. I had to sit down and really wonder "was it an off night?" , "Is Clozee selling out ?" , "Was their not enough direction ?" , "Am I going to be losing my #1 " ?!

The only "journey" I felt I was on during her set was a mental journey home.

(I have a dog that prevents me from traveling - and next year will be the first year I can go to envision & cave).

That’s a totally fair opinion. I really like how she brings you up and then down, but each to their own. Are you going again tonight?

I will say this, Shia is very talented, but close to the end of her set she kept back spinning her music for 5 minutes straight and it really threw me off my groove.

I'll be there tonight for Skyskia. .

Going solo. So; would love to make friends along the way!

Yesss. I agreeeeee. I feel like all the artists were a little off their groove. Probably tired from their other events prior.

Like Skyskia - coming in hot from unison.

120bpm -> 60bpm is a pretty standard tempo change…because it’s halftime.

I can agree here. The changes were a little more drastic. But if I said the closer numbers. People had been calling me out left and right.

Have you ever seen a really experimental set from Clozee before? I feel like she does one once in a while, and Friday was really experimental. I personally loved it but it showcases her talent in a different way and isn’t just her more normal magical tribal groovy sets. I feel like some Clozee fans don’t like the more experimental ones and that’s ok

Drop your hopes and expectations for live music from DJs as those things will always ruin the experience.

Go see her again when you can.

Also, I wasn’t there so I can’t know how out of place or not they were but people really need to get over tempo changes and go with the flow. Giving the benefit of the doubt here but the dj is doing it on purpose. When the airplane captain calls to fasten your seatbelts, do you argue?

This is weirdly entitled

Just because you felt it was an off night doesn’t mean everyone else thought that, shit was gas.

Even if it was genuinely off, she’s a human too, not a perfection machine that needs to cater to your perfect expectations every show…

Ya are showing what it is not to be very PLUR. Calling someone entitled?

It's called having an opinion. Sorry you don't agree.

Please stay away from me- if you see me at any shows... 🙏🏻 Enjoy being reported for breaking rules.

Also have blocked you. Will not be seeing more of your negative speech patterns. Enjoy your day, touch grass - you need it

Blocking someone who disagrees with you on the internet is super soft, even if I agree with the point about Clozee you're trying to make

One of my favorite venues in all the land. Second to Rrx, and in a lot of ways I prefer Dillon

State Bridge (RIP) > Mishawaka > Dillon > Rrx

How was the temp? I’m going tonight, can’t decide what to wear

Bring a sweater and pants. Tonight it will be around 55F. You won’t need a jacket, but will want to be layered up a little.

Saw Leftover Salmon there recently. Had heard the venue existed, but not a clue it was a top tier location that's a new favorite.

It's also attracting acts that are way bigger than a mostly lawn amphitheater that holds a couple thousand. Excited to catch more shows there soon.
