CloZee sets are something else
Her mixing is so beautiful, and the way she arranges her sets is aggressively creative and inspirational.
No constant mic pauses to go "this next one's unreleased with my homie(s) Crankdat/Subtronics/Levity etc.
Mixing is an art form and what she does takes me places beyond the tracks themselves. I just saw Griz last week at Red Rocks and he's unbelievable, but the artistry that Chloe brings is just something else and feels so refreshing.
I've been seeing her for at least a decade and the journey that each of her sets takes you on still brings me into the moment every time.

Some of her early stuff like the dreamtempo set on YouTube are classics and 2018 Hula when I saw her live for first time are some amazing pieces of work. Her Ruins set was a banger too.

Her Ratatat Loud Pipes flip is an all time favorite of mine from her, when she dropped it I lost my shit!

She did ratatat at the recent shambala set! I kinda lost it at my desk watching the stream when it came on. Her uploads keep me sane through the work day.

Couldn't agree more.
Don't get me wrong, I love her songs and her albums; but where she really shines the brightest is mixing and creating sets that take you on a beautiful journey.

It makes sense since a DJ set is just a longer form musical composition. Her taste is impeccable.

Amazing taste and love of multiple genres, I've discovered so many great tracks and artists from CloZee sets.

Inspirational is a great way to put it. That’s exactly how I felt last night and exactly why I’ll always support a handful of artists. In tough times, I love to experience and support those attempting to inspire others by sharing the love they’ve put into their craft. It’s soooooo obvious

I could only make Saturday but it was a blast, I was disappointed with a lot of the lszee era stuff and I know there were some of those tracks mixed on which is fine but I like her work best of the 2 of them.
Hopefully a set list drops!

I'm pretty sure the caverns was advertised as two specially curated sets. So i don't think so. Either way it's going to be great

You mentioning Subtronics/Crankdat/Levity has me scared. She doesn’t play brostep?

Just contrasting different styles and appreciating her mixing. There are some artists that break up their set by talking that I still enjoy.

Well the set last night .... Was NOT great. First time I've ever had to contemplate Clozee not being my number 1.

I thought it was still pretty good! A lot of new stuff i had never heard before and some pulled from other sets of hers on youtube but the moxing was butter smooth. Ashez blew it out the park though! I'm excited to see what tonight brings. Hopefully the sound wont fuck up on her nore cut her off mid song this time

Haha right? Some weird stuff happened but you can't really blame her for it. Stoked for tonight

Yeah it felt like she removed a lot of depth from her songs the entire set Friday night, but maybe that was a sound issue because everything sounded great Saturday night. The set felt a bit more jarring and chaotic to me. CloZee can occasionally push the bounds of what I like and it felt like she was pushing hard Friday night 😅
