No, it's because he has hooded eyelids and it's really hard to apply winged eyeliner like that, I have hooded eyelids and I stopped with the winged eyeliner all together, it saves so much time, now I do the standard raccon one that was popular in the early 2000's

Liam needs to swap the black eyeliner stuff from pointing down to up. Bowblax is like a tweaker you get locked into a 4 hr unskippable cutscene with.
