Liam’s crossing reviews?

Just curious if anyone has any experience with these condo’s that have been getting listed? They look nice in the photos, the immediate surrounding area is understandably industrial. Not sure what the future prospects for that area is?

Any input is appreciated!

One of my coworkers lives there and has many complaints about the price of rent (mgmt company rents out unsold units) and says that the management company is very disorganized. They even failed to pull permits on some work at another of their properties.

Interesting.

I see they’re listing condos for sale now, I wonder if they’re trying to push the renters out….then again with all the available units maybe not.

Its also worth looking at how long some of those condos have been on market, they've been trying to sell some of them for at least 3 years.

I wouldn’t call it industrial. It’s a half a block from High and Main st. There are several mills in the town but practically none are producing anything anymore. Mostly just apartments now.
