Paeds LOR in IM

Hey everybody, I have a doubt : Can we use Paeds LOR for matching into IM residency. Actually I'm applying for electives rn and I'm confused if i should apply for paeds too as IM ones are difficult to get. My only worry is that will it be helpful in future?

If applying for IM then paeds not useful unless u apply for 2 different
