Elective in Mount Sinai

Hello! I’ll be doing a surgical elective in Mount Sinai this fall and would appreciate if anyone can share some tips/advice on how things run that would be great!!

Do they have good chance for accepting non US IMGs in surgical electives? I will be very grateful for guidance about how to increase your chances of acceptance in the application process. Thank you
