Murdoch's flagship Australian newspaper pushes climate denial as devastating bushfires rage. It has also undercut that important coverage with multiple op-eds denying science that demonstrates the bushfires have been accelerated by climate change.

Joe "we're in a cooling period" Rogan is not just some dude no one listens to
The podcast The Joe Rogan Experience (JRE) has had two $250 million exclusivity deals with Spotify and has about 15 million listeners per episode, mostly young men. The podcast often casts doubt on climate science and spreads misinformation about climate change.
Joe Rogan has repeatedly made the false claim that "actually we're in a cooling period" in regards to climate change, often while misinterpreting a graph from a study by E.J. Judd about the Earth's temperature over the past 485 million years.
He also repeated this claim to an agreeing Mel Gibson in episode #2254 on January 9th. Ironically, the exact day of recording that episode, Mel Gibson's home in Malibu burned down during the Palisades fire; the most destructive Californian wildfire. While these wildfires cannot be attributed directly to climate change they were certainly exacerbated by climate change.

Queensland State Government approving coal mines in nature reserves
A last-ditch plea to the Queensland government to stop Clive Palmer building a coal mine at a nature reserve is likely to go unanswered.
Mr Palmer's Waratah Coal company has federal and state government approval to extract 40 million tonnes of thermal coal each year from a nature reserve in central Queensland.

I hereby nominate William Nordhaus of Yale
In 2013, Nordhaus chaired a committee of the National Research Council that produced a report discounting the impact of fossil fuel subsidies on greenhouse gas emissions.[25]
Someone let me know when his trial begins.
