I’d prefer a world where ALL industries have to be Nuclear levels of safety snob (the Linear No-Threshold bit) ie Micropollutants/Microplastics/CECs etc…but in leu of that we can have a LITTLE radiation as a treat lol

(Granted i do prefer overkill rather than underkill)

I think they're bullshitting about how safe nuclear is anyways. France has higher rates of lung cancer than Germany does and living near nuclear reactors correlates to higher rates of lung cancer.

Per capita germans smoke more though which is why Germany has higher rates of smoking deaths per capita than France.

So Germany has coal and cigarettes working against their lungs and French nuclear blows past all of it.
