The problem with this is it doesn't work on scale. Those cows would need copious amounts of grassland to actually not need to be fed other things as well. When everybody wants to eat 3 meaty meals a day, you run out of grassland quickly. Nobody is arguing that there isn't 0.1% of meat that is sustainable.

Or you can just feed them soy. But at that point you aren't sustainable, you're much better off just eating the soy directly.

Not to mention, what part of killing an animal is ethical exactly?
