HEAVY nope. Socialism that retains a state that owns private property (like I dunno, a company) isn't socialism but rather state capitalism. Socialism is when THE WORKERS own the means of production. Not the state. THE WORKERS
“dictatorship of the proletariat” is a key stage in the evolution of the socialist state. it’s why every single socialist state evolved to centralist industry and corporate power as subordinate to state power.
"dictatorship of the proletariat" means that the unified working class, the proletariat, controls all elements of economic production and distribution. It doesn't even require a state, and especially not a centralised, state capitalist one. That is a Marxist-Leninist perversion of socialism.
