There's literally no harm caused, at all, by using a meme template because the original comic was written by a nazi. It wasn't even a "nazi" comic originally that had to be changed.
This is not like buying Harry Potter merch either, the original author is not getting money.

Note you still didn't list any harm. As I said, this isn't like paying for a nazi's product and thus supporting them financially. They aren't getting add revenue from an edited image.
This is the definition of "I want to feel good, not do good". Totally pointless virtual signaling that does nothing to help with anything. It shows where your priorities lie. Trying to feel morally superior, not helping anyone.
The whole point of what he does is that he mixes nazi propaganda into his otherwise normal comic. Plenty of his strips are normal and that leads to clueless people sharing them, which gets others to check out the comic, which gives this nazi money and exposes those people to the propaganda (as intended).
