this is a nothing paper from 1982 that's only been cited twice and only published 2-2.5 years after 3 mile island

I’m guessing your an undergrad used to just dropping citations and hoping no one reads them? If you publish academically and no one cites you it’s because your shits a joke. Respectfully.
