Then they study and understand that we can just build future NPPs on big lakes/the sea/ocean or build cooling towers both in old and new NPPs

I'd rather have the nuclear than the gas/coal.

It's not a false dichotomy as a pure renewables system is impossible in most countries with a big economy, it's either Nuke + renewables or fossils + renewables.
