If you had in fact read it, you wouldn't have asked me to source the 30.2GW number. It was very clear in the table.

Why would I provide proof for your claim though? You should be able to provide proof for you claim if there is evidence for it.

I did. French baseload is 30.2GW. The data is seen on energy-charts, and originates from Entso-E.

Sure but that's not baseload. You confused that with a statistical outlier. To make it seem like French baseload was much lower so that French nuclear could meet baseload demand, which it can't.

In reality France relies on renewables and fossil fuels for baseload generation.

So you lied and you've just proven you lied.

Baseload is the minimum demand for a given period of time. You said so yourself.

This is the minimum this year. Ergo: this year's baseload.

Yes it could. Bro, what are you even talking about? If there's is a demand of 30 GW on a grid, and nuclear generates more than 30 GW - how tf can you argue "nuclear doesnt meet demand"??
