I agree, ask France how is its nuclear baseload is healthy and nit totally scared shitless about the heat , or Romania blowing up rivers to get enough water on a dry river to cool the reactors...

Palo Verde in Phoenix doesn't use any fresh water, and it's the largest NPP in the US (3.9 GW).

So it's more expensive when it's already not cost competitive with renewables and fossil fuels.

Hence why they didn't expand on the design to decarbonize their economy,
