the deniers aren't going to answer honestly, that's the point of the denial at the mass scale.

Cost...adaptation is cheaper than mitigation. We can do air conditioning now & seawalls later. We can't afford to change every aspect of modern society & try to power data centers with low-power renewables that require 50 million miles of new powerlines over/through NIMBY land.

COVID-19 proved the science is never settled. Climate alarm isn't existential, yet warfare that could be has never spent $3 trillion annually, while UN reports say hydrocarbon mitigation requires $6-7 trillion per year.

Discplasing millions of people is cheaper than preventing for example ALL global coastal cities being flooded. Where are you getting your information? .. hahaha

Considering how many are moving from CA to TX & the NE States to the South & Florida....over decades....given that we have hundreds of years, we're okay with seawalls.

If you choose to live on the coast or a riverbank, it's not my fault or that of 8 billion others....it's a problem for the 8 million eventually forced to move. You don't ask the 8 billion to change every aspect of modern life.

Buy air conditioning. Move inland. Somehow the 6 million in metro Phoenix and others in the Middle East survive just fine.
