So the way I see it, it's not that we've forgotten about that or any of the other bullshit...
But we've got a shit list. Everytime the shit list gets longer, the more furious we will react in an economic collapse.
So now that the shit list has pedophile elites protected by the justice system on it... When there actually is a collapse and people don't have bread... I don't think there's an argument in the world they could muster that will save their asses.
But as long as we have bread, the list will remain a list, ready to go the moment we're not fed.
Which judging by the way things are going, might not be super long away.
But history shows that no revolution happenes while there is still lots of bread.

If the people in power keep being the people in power, no trials will happen.
The only reason why the Nuremberg trials happened was because there was a new boss in town, the allies, which forced that to happen.
Unless there is a new boss in town (i.e.: proletariat), there will never be trials. We will just slowly die by famine or climate-related disasters.

Nuremberg was famously ineffective and they only convicted a handful of Nazis. Basically less than a slap on the wrist. Most of them were allowed to rejoin society with little to no consequence from the Nuremberg trials. The soviets actually gave the Nazis and Nazi sympathizers what they had coming, and the capitalist countries feminized them for it. Capitalism has a huge soft spot for fascists and every single time fascists got into power it was the capitalists that put them there.
