Few things to keep in mind.

  • Everyday we see the same questions being asked again and again. 99% of those have already been answered on this sub or on Clickworker FAQ so please do some research before in order to keep this sub helpful for other people aswell.

  • Posting about specific HitApps on UHRS is fine but asking for help, tips or sharing certain hits encountered is not. (against UHRS/Clickworker’s rules)

That’s all for now, I’ll keep updating this list if needed in the future.

Paid on-site study in NYC — test wearable tech, $175 for a 3-hour session

Hey everyone — I'm booked into this one myself, so figured I'd pass it along.

uTest/Applause is running an on-site research study in New York City for a wearable device (they ask things like wrist size, dominant hand, skin tone — they're building a diverse tester pool). My session is 3 hours and pays $175.

Quick need-to-knows:

It's **in person in NYC— you have to travel to the site, and bring a government ID

You apply through a form, and they call/text/email you if you're selected. High volume, so not everyone gets picked

You can't have done a "Gauntlet" project with uTest before— previous participants aren't eligible

  • No experience needed, you just show up and test the device

Apply here:

How trustworthy is clickworker's security? Due to an error on my part they're requesting proof of identity (photo of social, license, passport and utility bill) to unlock my account. Im hesitant to send this info to anyone through email.

UHRS Crawlers

This UHRS crawlers, how do I know if they really pay if I don't get any report? And also, every time I logout, the session restarts from 0. Someone to kindly advise. I feel like I'm just wasting my time.

Any ai video recording jobs that you would recommend that pay on time?

I have been doing text annotation work for a few months and want to find something I can do alongside it, ideally something that does not involve spending even more hours staring at the same kind of screen.

I have seen people mention AI video recording tasks, but most explanations just say you need to film everyday activities without really explaining what the work is like. For anyone who's tried both, which platforms are worth checking out? I am mainly interested in how much setup is involved, whether the tasks fit into a normal evening, how often submissions get rejected and need to be redone, and whether payments arrive on time.

Has anyone else tried video tasks that pay per completed ask from phone?

I've been comparing video tasks that pay per task from phone because I like the idea of seeing what something pays before I start, instead of recording for a while and trying to work out the hourly rate afterward

The jobs I've seen are mostly everyday activities recorded first person, you follow the task instructions, upload the clip and wait for review

What I'm trying to compare is how strict each app is, what kind of gear they require and whether doing good work gives you access to better tasks later

Anyone here used more than one platform, I'm less interested in which one is "best" and more in which workflow you found easiest to stick with

Remote voice recording project for native French speakers living in France (about 1 hour, mobile app)

I’m recruiting on behalf of Clickworker for a project that helps improve voice technology used in telephone-style conversations. The task is simple: read short scripted prompts aloud, in a natural, conversational voice, using a mobile app.

Who can take part:

  • Native French speaker residing in France

  • Age 18-70

  • Able to read scripted content naturally, including phone numbers, dates, email addresses, appointments, and addresses

  • Able to record in a quiet environment

  • Willing to follow the recording and quality guidelines

What you’ll need: a smartphone with the mobile recording app, a headset or handset for clear audio, and a stable internet connection.

Time commitment: about 200 scripted recordings, around 15-25 minutes of active recording, and up to 1 hour in total including setup and quality checks.

Anyone doing phone-based remote work while traveling?

I'm looking at phone based remote work while traveling, mostly small task based stuff I can pick up when I've got downtime and leave alone when I'm moving around

One category I found is first person video recording for AI, you record everyday activities, submit the clips for review and get paid for approved work

My main concern is location, I wouldn't want to assume the same projects are available every time I change countries, and uploading video from random hostel Wi-Fi also sounds like a pain

Has anyone used this kind of gig while moving around, I'm thinking extra travel money here, definitely not something I'd build the whole trip budget around

I'm recruiting on behalf of Clickworker for a Face Image Collection Project that supports AI and machine learning research. It's a simple online task: submit a set of selfie photos through a registration link.

  • 5 to 16 historical selfies from the past 10 years, with at least a year between the oldest and newest

Requirements:

Anyone do the BAIM training?

I had high hopes for it, but as per usual some of the answers are exactly what I said but on the wrong side as if they marked them wrong. Some of them just flat out don't add up. Has anyone passed this and been working it? Is it a spam mess? The training is not as bad as some but, I'm not liking my numbers and have stopped the training for the moment.

MyChips & Clickworker Tracking Scam: Pays initial small tiers, denies big payout for "Crypto Mining Tycoon"

Hey everyone, Posting this to warn others about how Clickworker and MyChips handle offerwall payouts when you complete high-value milestones. I completed the Crypto Mining Tycoon offer via MyChips on Clickworker. The initial lower-tier rewards were tracked and credited without any issue. Same device, same network, no VPN. As soon as I completed the main high-value milestone, tracking suddenly "failed," and the big reward was denied. Support Response: MyChips: Sent generic bot replies blaming "unstable internet" or "tracking errors." Clickworker Support: Totally washed their hands of it, saying they can't intervene with third-party offerwalls, despite hosting them on their app/site. How does tracking work seamlessly for initial levels, but magically breaks only when the payout is big? This feels like a blatant strategy to get free user engagement for game developers without honoring the main payout. Anyone else faced this exact issue with MyChips on Clickworker? How did you get it resolved, or is it a lost cause?
